Scope

The following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to the use of the supporter website (SUPERCONNIESIM.CH) in the version that is currently available and valid when the website is called up.

A customer is any natural or legal person who enters into a sponsorship agreement with SUPERCONNIESIM. The terms and conditions, patron programmes, and data protection provisions may be subject to change from time to time. SUPERCONNIESIM kindly requests that these provisions be read carefully on each visit to the website and each time a sponsorship is taken out.
These General Terms and Conditions apply exclusively. Any terms and conditions that conflict with, supplement, or deviate from these General Terms and Conditions require the express written confirmation of RUNWAY 34 SIM ACADEMY AG to be effective.

By using this website or joining a patronage, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions. Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions prove to be ineffective or unenforceable, or become ineffective or unenforceable, the effectiveness of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

The website contains information about patronage. Amendments are reserved. SUPERCONNIESIM endeavours to provide all details and information on this website correctly, completely, up-to-date and clearly; however, SUPERCONNIESIM can offer no guarantee, either express or implied.

All offers on this website are subject to change and should not be considered binding proposals.

Prices

The price information / patronage contributions from SUPERCONNIESIM are not subject to VAT. The prices are net prices in Swiss Francs (CHF).

Adaptations, errors and misprints are reserved, in particular SUPERCONNIESIM can make price changes at any time and without prior notice.

Contract conclusion

The offers on this website represent a non-binding invitation to the customer to become a patron of SUPERCONNIESIM. By ordering via this website, including acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, the customer submits a legally binding offer for the conclusion of a contract. SUPERCONNIESIM will then send an automatic „Order Confirmation“ via email, which confirms that the customer's request has been received by SUPERCONNIESIM. Completed orders are binding for the customer.

The sponsorships will only be valid after full payment has been received.

If the patron goal is not met by December 2023, SUPERCONNIESIM will not be able to carry out the planned work/actions.

In this case, all patrons will receive a corresponding notification. The amounts paid in will be fully refunded to the customers by the end of January 2024 at the latest, provided they inform RUNWAY 34 SIM ACADEM AG of their valid bank/account details by 15 January 2024 at the latest upon request.

In this case, no services are owed by SUPERCONNIESIM.

The present SUPERCONNIESIM website will be deleted with all its data at the end of February 2024.

Further provisions

In the event of disputes, exclusively Swiss substantive law shall apply, to the exclusion of conflict of laws rules.

The place of jurisdiction is Glattbrugg, insofar as the law does not provide for mandatory places of jurisdiction.
